Kang Hydropower Company Limited invites sealed quotations from eligible and experienced consulting firms for conducting the Revised Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) for the Revised General Layout Plan Mathillo Maiwa Hydropower Project (17.85 MW) located at Maiwakhola Rural Municipality, Taplejung.
1. Submit a sealed quotation documents including following documents:
a. Cover Letter with contact information.
b. Company/Firm legal documents meeting qualifications as indicated in 2(A) & 2(B).
c. Completed Financial Quotations for the conducting indicated tasks for revised general layout plan.
2. The bidders shall meet the following qualification criteria.
a. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
● Company/Firm registration certificate updated and VAT/PAN certificate.
● Work Experience Certificates with technical qualification with CVs of key personnel.
● Tax Clearance Certificate for FY 2082/083.
b. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
● Shall have successfully completed at least two IEE related works.
3. Quotation Submission Deadline: 5:00 PM, 13th Aug 2026.

5. Sealed quotation documents: can be obtained/collected Kang Hydropower Limited Head Office, Lalitpur, or will be provided by e-mail on request, or can be downloaded from www.khcl.com.np
6. Kang Hydropower Company Limited reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly or all bids at any stage before contract agreement without assigning any reason whatsoever.
